About Displaced Talent Hub
Displaced Talent Hub is a central hub for training, resources and best practices on refugee labour mobility.

Millions of people each year relocate internationally for work – a phenomenon known as labour mobility. ‘Refugee labour mobility,’ or ‘displaced talent mobility,’ looks at how the international labour mobility system can be made more accessible for displaced people, enabling them to migrate safely and legally on the basis of their skills.
The Talent Beyond Boundaries team created the Displaced Talent Hub to highlight the many factors that make refugee labour mobility programs both necessary and possible.
The goal of the Displaced Talent Hub is to help guide a wide variety of actors as they gradually adopt, integrate, and replicate the labour mobility model that was initially developed by TBB. This is particularly important given that the model itself is still so new: many stakeholders, such as employers, have not previously engaged with refugees, while others, like resettlement organizations, have had little exposure to private-sector recruitment processes. The complexity of this model—along with the diversity of existing information resources—can sometimes make it challenging to provide efficient support to partners and build their capacity to undertake activities autonomously.
As the global leader in labour mobility for displaced talent, we set out to create a comprehensive, accessible new resource that addresses current needs, challenges, and gaps in the labour mobility ecosystem. As the model for this work continues to evolve, we anticipate that the Displaced Talent Hub will too, and we look forward to your feedback. In the meantime, thank you for being a part of this transformational solution and helping us ensure that it reaches all those who need it.

How should I use the Displaced Talent Hub?
Choose which articles are relevant to your needs
The Categories tab offers an inventory of all categories and articles that are available on the Displaced Talent Hub. The ‘Categories’ section shows a collection of articles around thematic issues. Each article covers a specific topic, and the articles are organized sequentially, each one building on information that was shared in earlier articles. We recommend that partners who use the Displaced Talent Hub as an onboarding tool review the articles in the order in which they’re listed, and use the “previous” and “next” buttons to navigate through the articles.
