How can partners use the Talent Catalog?

Partners can use the Talent Catalog in two key ways:

  1. Partners who work with refugees can refer their beneficiaries to sign up for the Talent Catalog to gain access to existing labour mobility programs.
  1. Partners who work with refugees can request Talent Beyond Boundaries to become a “Trusted Partner,” giving them access to the Talent Catalog’s administration portal for candidate search and case management. Once necessary confidentiality and data-sharing agreements are signed, authorized users will receive a specific login to the Talent Catalog. User logins will be restricted to the particular geographic area where the partner is operating and subject to applicable privacy controls.

Levels of trusted partner access

There are three levels of access that partners may request access to:

  1. Source partner admin – can access all candidate data in a particular geographic location. This access level is reserved for key responsible staff members in each managing organization.
  • Can see and modify all candidate data in a specific assigned geographic location (including individual candidate profiles and aggregate infographics)
  • Can run searches, create candidate shortlists, maintain notes on candidates and update candidate profiles
  • Can create new source partner admins and limited profiles
  • Cannot modify geographic location or add or modify settings.
  1. Semi Limited access
  • Can see and run searches on de-identified candidate information (eg. no names or contact information)
  • Can’t see file attachments (such as CVs)
  • Can’t update candidate comments
  1. Limited access
  • Can only see de-identified data and can’t see attachments or make comments.
  • Can’t see a candidate’s location info – country, province, nationality
