Overview of Talent Catalog

Talent Catalog is a digital platform designed for the purpose of facilitating displaced talent mobility. It is a dedicated platform for displaced talent to register, document their skills, get hands-on, customized support to create strong job and visa applications, find roles that match their skills and experience, and communicate directly with Talent Catalog partners regarding job opportunities for which they have been selected. It aims to help match displaced talent with employers looking for qualified candidates. The Talent Catalog is also used by a wide variety of local organizations that are working in partnership with TBB to identify additional candidates, particularly in Africa, Asia and Latin America.

Displaced talent can register on the Talent Catalog using any internet-enabled device, anywhere in the world. The Talent Catalog captures and manages data required to match refugees with international jobs and determine their eligibility for international skilled visas and migration pathways. 

When displaced talent enter their education, qualifications and professional experience into the Talent Catalog, a CV is automatically generated for them and available to download and share with potential employers. The data collected in the Talent Catalog demonstrates the breadth and depth of talent within the global refugee population.
